- Convenient location for the site visit I had to perform in Grand Rapids with multiple options for breakfast & dinner while I was there.
- it was clean and there was a lot of room it was perfect

- I did notice some sticky residue on part of the table int he kitchen area.

- The furniture was dirty. The dresser drawers were broken. And I killed spiders in the bathtub
