This hotel features an indoor swimming pool and fitness center in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. Modern amenities in each room include cable TV and an iPod docking station. The spacious accommodations is fitted with chic furnishings. Luxury bathroom amenities are offered in each elegant, marble bathroom. Room service is available upon request at JW Marriott Grand Rapids while drinks and refreshments can be enjoyed at our hotel bar. Our on-site restaurant, Margaux, serves french-inspired cuisine daily for breakfast and dinner. Starbucks is onsite offering a variety of refreshing beverages and snacks Gerald R Ford Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Public parking is provided by Grand Rapids JW Marriott for a fee. Valet available upon request.

Beautiful decor and very clean.
Location, price, staff and Sunday brunch.
The staff was amazing

Cons -

We did not get our room on time and had to wait 2 hours PAST check in time to have it. Not much in terms of getting a quick snack or room service. Only option was a fancy restaurant and the pool advertised, which is beautiful, was only 3 1/2 feet.
The hotel decor was a little dated. Some of the artwork in the room were odd choices.
We could hear the hallway and the lobby music very clearly from the bedroom.
