Harbor House Inn

A lovely B&B, across the street from the channel. Warm cookies at 4:30 each day. Two blocks from downtown shops. Close to great restaurants.

It¿s location, friendly staff.

Breakfast served too late.

Location!!!

Our room was in an adjacent building with no view, no balcony or patio. There we painters working throughout the day in the porch/entry way so we had to squeeze by past painters, ladders, drop cloths, wet paint, etc. Not great¿we felt like intruders!

Dirty. Floors needed swept and mopped, fan was filty with dust and cobwebs, and the shower had mold in it. Also, they didn't have AC in the master bedroom, no microwave in kitchenette, and the breaker blew. Can't believe I payed $--- per night for a

Would of been nice if a beautiful breakfast would of been served That¿s one of the things a person looks forward to with B&B Yummy!!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The general are nicely decorated and pleasant.

The whirlpool tub definitely needs updating or replacement. Didn¿t even want to use it. The rest of the room was nice. The bathroom has been updated but not the tub.

Location was great.

Our room was in the cottage next to the main building. It was small, dark and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place!

I liked the location of the Bed and Breakfast.

For being a bed and breakfast and the price per night I expected an actual breakfast. The bed was not great in the room either. N

Location across the street from waterfront. Quaint downtown is a couple blocks away. Very clean. Great shower. Our room was on first floor with a walkout onto the patio.

Room 103 is a queen. It's a small room. I should've upgraded to the king rooms for more space to spread out.

Located downtown and right be the water. Wonderful towels and sheets. Very comfortable bed. Cool shower.

Very personable staff. Room was serviced daily - which is unusual during this time. Great overall feel.

Had reserved a room with a balcony, which was not available at check-in. Outside trash was overflowing. Not enough parking available.

The location across from the river walk was fantastic! Beautiful house. Great porch to have breakfast on overlooking the water. We loved it!

I liked looking at the pictures on the website and being able to book it on line.

I called the day before to reserve a roll away bed and was told because I got the last room they had, there was no room for a roll away bed. I asked what they suggest I do and they told me to book at another hotel. So I did.

Very accessible to downtown and the beach.
