Very clean and in good condition.

Furnishings are dated. It isn't important to me because everything was in good repair.

The price was over --- room smelled of old cigarettes, lamp shades had a lot of dust built up. full mirror had weeks of dust on it bathroom dirty grout black in spots,tub black spots,white towels grey.

Nothing, filthy. Didn?t even want to take a shower. The shower curtains were disgusting. I didn?t end up staying the last night.

This hotel was disgusting, do not recommend! Guest were extremely rude and loud the entire night

Horrible hotel staff, made us climb thru window because they would not answer the door at the front office. Told my husband that has had a stroke that they didn't care about his health or disability. No towels, had to buy the toilet paper the whole time

The only thing that this motel is good for is that it is in the area that I needed to be in. I'm living here as my daughter goes to school and we are homeless.

I have been here since the 12th of November and not once have knocked at our door and asked us if we need new towels, I have been buying the toilet paper because they've never even offered, owner took key validator home wso I had to climb through windows

Handy location

This hotel was a good reminder.... You get what you pay for. When I went in the front lobby and saw how unkept and disheveled it was, I knew what to expect of the room. No love is put in to this place...Just minimal effort to get by it seems.

Love the $--- rate with my extended stay. It's quiet and not a lot of disturbance. Very clean!

Nothing is wrong with this motel. I have been here for almost 2 weeks now and haven't had an issue. I always get clean towels, and sheets. Great owners.

We were supposed to get breakfast but that was not available. The carpet was dirty. No working ice machine. Lamps were showing wires¿scary!! Empty soda can on the floor when we came in. Bathtub slippery¿I fell in the shower. No hairdryer.

The location was an easy drive to everything, across from Panera and a great vintage shop, Fluid, and an excellent breakfast place, Two Yolks. It was nice having a mini fridge and microwave. The tv had loads of channels.

Check-in was 2, but the room was not ready until 4. The room felt damp, the tile in front of the toilet was broken. If I were someone who wanted to be barefoot in a hotel room, I fear I would have cut my feet on the broken tile. The ice maker didn't work.

Advertised breakfast but offered none. Only offered coffee from a pump decanter and it was not very hot. Could have been a bit cleaner, lots of black fingerprint smudges on main door

The King room is large, contains a desk. microwave, fridge - exceptional quality for the price! Staff who was working the front desk was a delight and made me feel welcome to a new city for me!

The bed was clean

Was told it would be handicap accessible but it was outdoor entry and you had to step up to get into the room, walker could not fit between bed and dresser. Walker could it fit into bathroom and there were no grab bars. Made for a poor stay.

Good central location from work and after work activities.

I have staying at this hotel for over 9 years off and on for work. And I have no complaints.

Little lady who checked us in/out was very sweet and changed our room to ground level after my girlfriend mentioned her painful knees.

Tub not the cleanest. Ironing board had sharp metal piece sticking up thru top of board. Chain lock on door stuck (wouldn't slide) without heavy force with a metal object -- could have trappes us inside which would be very dangerous in the event of fire.

Could have been cleaner. Did not care for toilet seat.
