- My toilet had tissue on seat when I arrived and the elevator was extremely loud, shaky, and scary!
- The door to the room would not open properly. It took several tries and maneuvering to get it to open. Also, the wall thermostat was not working. We needed to operate the controls on the unit itself. The room was usually too hot. The breakfast menu was limited and lacked fresh fruit.

The staff was very friendly and my room was very clean
Anyone can park in their parking lot. There was a festival going on and those of us who was staying at the hotel could not find parking. I asked if the hotel wanted description of my vehicle and license plate and they said no. Had some friends who also stayed there who had to park a few blocks away. Not happy about the parking. It should be for the hotel guests only. This is the only hotel who would not register my vehicle and let any Willie nilly park in the parking lot. I probably will never stay there again due to the parking. The place is very nice but parking is terrible.
