The daytime staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful, professional. Room was excellent.

There was no one at the front desk around 10:30pm when I needed to check in. I had to wait around 15 minutes. When someone did arrive, she was rushed and made one or two mistakes, and seemed she wished to get rid of me as soon as possible.
