- Beautiful decor and very thoughtful and attention to detail. Beautiful hotel
- Location is perfect. Views from top are beautiful
- The roof top bar was a draw, super fun and the staff was engaging
Cons -
- The AC did not work in my room and the heat was on high. But there was no indication that the AC didn’t work so I woke up in the middle of the night and changed the thermostat but still had a terrible headache from the excessive heat. Also, when I got there the room I had booked was no longer available and they made no accommodations or concessions to make up for it.

We were out of shampoo in our room, but it was a one night stay so we survived.
