Comfort Inn & Suites Dimondale - Lansing

Clean top to bottom staff is amazing

Breakfast till 10

It’s price was the main highlight. We got what we paid for.

AC couldn’t keep up in the room. Stains on the bed. Does not try to impress in any way.

Quiet great location

We had to get our own towels. Our own toilet paper. Housekeeping knocked once when I told them to come in she did not, she may have thought I said DON?T come in but housekeeping never came back. We were there 5 days.

Hotel was advertised as having a pool and hot tub. I specifically picked this one for the hot tub to come find out there was no hot tub. I also selected a suite which seemed to have jacuzzi tub in room from pics but that was an additional $80. Hall smell.

The hotel staff were so friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was hot and the waffles were good! Our room was standard but clean and was great for our weekend stay. The pool was very nice. The hotel was cute and even had bird feeders outside!

No, we had a great experience.

Plenty of fluffy pillows. The pool was warm and not strong with chemicals.

Couldn't connect devices to wifi. Desk defers to tech # who couldn't fix the problem, hall reeked of smoke and odor poured into our "non-smoking" room. Phone not connected or broke, door difficult to shut, jam broke. Billed by hotel saying I didn't pay.

The person at the front desk was super helpful throughout our stay. He was attentive professional and knowledgable. While we were far away from home, his kindness made us feel at home!

Easy to get to, good service and great quality for the price. Wendy¿s and Arbys is right around the corner.

Lighting in room wasn¿t good for vanity/makeup. Didn¿t like how sink was outside of bathroom.

Very convenient, very helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast offerings were good.

Room that we had was crowded feeling. It had everything you could want - desk, nice TV, everything worked well; but walking space was tight. I guess it was better than not having all of the amenities, but it was crowded feeling.

clean, quiet, comfortable - just what we needed for a good night's sleep

The convenience of the location.

No continental breakfast or exercise room as advertised.

There was zero breakfast available despite a hot buffet being listed. If it has been removed due to Covid it should not be listed. They had NOTHING available.

Clean,great location, quiet,all is good

The head housekeeper and front desk people were nice. Follow thru was awful, my toilet was clogged from Thursday till Monday. I told them once, twice and after the third time I said forget it. When your paying for a room you should have a toilet.

The bathroom then I was charged 15 dollars extra. Still don't know why

The manager and head houser keeper were great. The third shift front desk gut was great add well.

Toilet was clogged entire time I said something 3x I left with a clogged toilet.

Just the location and central to where I came

the hotel was not in perfect management, the first room I was given has been used

Staff was very set on customer service, rimm was clean. Breakfast was fresh.

Mattess could have been a little nicer.

This hotel was in close proximity to the event we were attending and convenient to the highway. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was different from day to day, we stayed 3 nights, and had great selections. It was a nice experience.

The shampoo conditioner and shower wash dispensers the kitchen and quality

The size of the room

Stayed two nights and had to move rooms because the beds were too soft and then they gave us another room with a soft mattress. Only one was sleepable. The other was horrible. Then someone stole my charger. The manager acknowledged.
