The Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown is located less than 1.9 mi from the Little Caesars Arena. It has a large indoor pool and offers air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TVs. The Detroit Riverwalk is a 6 minutes' walk from the property. Courtyard rooms are spacious and have large windows with views of the Detroit River. They include a work desk and come equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee-making facilities. Free WiFi is also available. The Courtyard Café & Bar serves burgers, pizza and pot roast. Guests can relax in the hot tub or visit the gym. There is also a full-service business center. An on-site convenience store with snacks and drinks is available to all guests. - Location of hotel was optimal.

- Everything was wonderful, but the staff was above and beyond in their friendly service. This made our experience exceptional.
Cons -
- Poor room quality, breakfast options were lacking, on check in night there were local police at hotel, and following morning there was an ambulance as we were getting breakfast, just didn't feel reassuring. Also no hot tub only pool.
- The room was freezing! The heat didnt work. The front desk had to send me 6 blankets to keep warm
- Yes the valet parking! Just because I was in a slingshot which has no top or roof they WOULD not park and that was the honestly the reason I picked the hotel.
