Breakfast was awful. Food items that were supposed to hot were not and cold items were not cold. Milk tasted spoiled. Oatmeal was probably the only edible item. hot water dispenser was lukewarm. The shower in our room had pink mold and on the showerhead.

Parking near hotel limited. Carts were beat up. Pool was cloudy.

Air condition was noisy. No locker inthe room.

parking was convenient, but there was a $5 a day fee.

pool was kind of cool, not much fun. breakfast was a bit bland.

The front desk area is not overly inviting. It's small and when several people are waiting, it is cramped. The front desk clerk was not overly friendly and was rude to some kids. Those kids had been loud and she may have had some issue with them already

Location and staff was very friendly and our room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the cook was great!!

No hot tub and one set of plugs didn't work.

Did not like the bathroom and the TV was situated on a dresser to the right of the bed which makes it difficult to watch. Your head has to be turned to the right making it uncomfortable to watch TV.

The staff was wonderful. It was Clean, excellent housekeeping staff,breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was Excellent and Front Desk Staff we're very helpful and attentive. We were helped from 1st day to last. Will be back!

No ice water available for breakfast buffet. (Small thing)

The front desk staff was great. When we first entered the hotel, the hotel had a clean smell to it. My fiancé' and I flew into Michigan hours before check in. staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel so we could go eat.

People were amazing. So willing to help. Fire and just a pleasure to deal with. A great hotel, with amazing helpful staff let down by poor room maintenance.

Bed was shocking creaked and groaned ever time you moved. Maintenance in the bathroom non existent. Toilet roll holder loose, shower door bracket loose, shower bracket cove loose. Towels so small a child would battle to dry themselves.

Our room was never cleaned for 3 days. No toilet paper, and no washclothes. We have stayed their many times and this experience was not pleasant.

Location was super convenient to Henry Ford Museum as well as restaurants and shopping. Staff was welcoming with the exception of the girl who checked us in.

Boxed breakfast due to Covid, was the same thing every day... we were there for 4 nights, so it got boring really quickly. The main road was very loud at night, so ask for an even numbered room so you're in the back of the hotel.

Inadequate coffee (always out). Failed to prep grab and go breakfasts for guests. Lobby bathroom nit kept clean. Did not have bath towels in bathroom at check in. Not worth the price and not up to par with other Hampton Inns.

Never cleaned room. Smoke al chirping kept us up all night. Maintenance ignored request to immediately fix it.

The staff was always available to attend any need during my stay. In particular the person at the counter when I arrived, hotel employee was able to solve a particular problem with my reservation.

Since due to COVID regulations the rooms are not regularly made up, this should be explained upon registration so the guest will know how towel replacement, consumables and waste will be handled during long stays.

Great hotel, very clean and quiet. The room is perfect for a Family of 4 and bathroom is in clean condition. Enjoyed the whole stay with a complimentary breakfast that was great. Thank you

Charged $5.00 per day parking and it was not an urban area where parking seemed to be at a premium. I was unaware that this extra fee would be charged when I booked.
