Room had a cigarette smell to it. Bath room walls were dirty. Shower door was off track. Couldn't close the door while showering. Fixed that myself

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with 1 King bed. I showed staff my confirmation email and was told a manager would contact me within the hour. Three days later and I have yet to hear from anyone.

Breakfast

Yes one of the staff members where you there authority to mistreat my son and his guest. It was my sons birthday

Breakfast was good.

The temp gauge on the shower was hard to use. Bathroom lighting wasn?t strong enough to put on make up and the thermostat didn?t work. We had to open the window bc it was sweltering. I asked the front desk for help, but they didn?t resolve the issue.

Checking in was a nightmare. Key system was down, only one person working on a Saturday night. Took over an hour to get checked in and was just an overall sloppy start to my stay

Was no hand soap, no lotion and no USB ports in the room.

The location is great

We stayed 3 nights. The room wasn?t very clean when we checked it. They never came and cleaned while we were there. I asked to have it cleaned and they said they would but it never got done. I asked 3 different times. Mng was supposed to call me but didnt

Poor air conditioning. Turned off if no activity in room, especially at night. Waking up hot and having to reset temp.

The greeting staff and check out staff were good! The breakfast staff Linda was great and the amenities was a plus

Had to go down to the front desk for non working remote 3 times and nothing was accomplished out of that. One of the beds had crumbs inside it

The hotel was clean and modern as compared to other HIE hotels. The building was updated and in good condition. All listed amenities were in evidence during my visit. Security was on site every evening.

The pool area had an overwhelming chlorine smell during my visit. The breakfast menu did not vary from day to day.

Location was easy to get to. Room was very spacious and clean and staff was friendly. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. We also utilized the workout room. Not much in there but it worked fine for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Hard to mai rain a comfortable temperature and bathtub was slow to drain.

It took 25 minutes to get checked in. The walk/wheel in shower was sloppy and the shower head was not affixed in any fashion.

The fact that the room had dirty clothes in it from last guest. Pool was temporarily closed because the workers didn't want to clean it. Plus they were laughing at my husband because he asked if they had any water because they didn't cooler was empty.
