Pros +
- Cosy, classy, clean, nice atmosphere and welcoming staff
- The restaurant, good food and good service, quiet for rest, great aminities
- Convenient
Cons -
- The housekeeping team wakes you up so early, talking loud by your door everyday by 9 am . Vacuum is on and they don?t care if you are sleeping or not. Room was dirty and bathroom too
- I was told to park out back. It was raining and I had luggage to deal with. I went to a door that had a welcome type sign and my key did not work to open the door. There was a call button and a gentleman came to the door & told me it was an employee.
- Hoping to have lounge bar music for a Saturday night. It was pretty quiet. I would liked to have had maybe another casual restaurant and coffee bar choices available within the hotel area instead of one formal style.

Location near downtown and a very nice fireplace wall to sit near with a cocktail. The room was clean and updated.

Nothing really
After unpacking I saw dried blood on the side of mattresses. They moved my room and had to pack and u pack again. Went to the pool and hot tub area. Only to be grossed out by the dirty, dusty vents right above the hot tub. The pool was dirty too.
Staff. Location. Cleanliness. Room.
The hotel was replacing the carpet and flooring in the above hotel room (on the tenth floor), with new hardwood flooring, one 'tap tap' / one board at a time, beginning at 8:05 AM. Still, this is a very nice place to stay.
Art work was beautiful. The bell hops were amazing, went above and beyond helping my 80 y/o mom with her things and getting in and out of car. Bar staff was pleasant under pressure with multiple parties. Nice lounging areas
The entire front desk (check in ) staff was rude and made us feel like we were putting them out. I heard this from several people in my party who checked in at different times. They could take a lesson from the bar staff.
Just an amazing place to stay in Dearborn. The entire staff was super friendly....especially the door man and the bartenders. Highly recommend!!!
Staff was extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and nearby a lot of historic Detroit museums.
The art in the common areas was beautiful and uplifting. We were looking forward to exploring the other floors the next morning. Art inside the rooms was horrid and looked like a murder slasher movie. NOT RELAXING and I believe triggered below. Floor2
We FLED at 3:30 AM. A man was raging outside of our room. Police had to be called. The hotel should have offered to move our room to another floor and extend our check out. Instead we drove 5 hours dangerously low on sleep. Ruined our trip completely.
My favorite hotel, clean, friendly and spacious room. And they are pet friendly.
Everything it was beautiful
Dirty strong colognes robe left in the closet, I almost put it on my body and the cologne was so strong I had an asthma attack, I tried leaving out numerous of times so I couldn't enjoy my stay. Staff gave us another room but I was to sick to stay.
Its clean! Staff are incredible! Decor is right on and the art is gorgeous. We love the Henry and will be back again soon! The bell boy is one of the reason we come! Very hospitable! The pool and hot tub are a must! Very classy hotel!
Beautiful, clean, classy. Spacious rooms, bathrooms and great amenities.
Called to order room service and was first told everyone was on break.. then called back an hour later and the gentleman who picked up said he was the only one working and would try to make my order... never came. All other staff went above and beyond.
Beautiful hotel, displaying lots of art. Clean areas and friendly staff. It was fun and old-fashion with a door man and a bell hop.
After only one day of being in the hotel, the cleaning staff came to clean the room and they took the bar of soap and put out a new one. There were signs about conserving and putting the towel on the floor if new one is needed, but did not conserve soap.
Service, big room, great lobby
small low toilet (have better at home), carpet in many parts of the hotel and room needs updating. Room had a slight stale cheap hotel smell. Have stayed many times before and it was overall fresher looking. Hopefully just overdue for updating.
Clean! Great pool area and lobby decorations/artwork.
Hot chocolate not at the front desk at night!
Location Location Location, one of my favorite hotels brand, the collaboration with Park West Gallery makes it that much interesting. Rooms are spacious clean with lots of views.
Staff were great and helpful.
good location, fantastic staff! very clean and accomodating! the room's are great also!
