Hotel Chataura

Location is only positive I have to say.

It was filthy and everything was extremely outdated. The beds were terrible, dirty tub and sink, wall shades didn't close all the way in bathroom so the exterior window exposed us prepping to shower. Terrible experience!

Everything. Room wasn’t clean, bathroom door didn’t stay shut, blood smears in the toilet paper rolls. The room was a queen I paid for a king. We told desk attendant about the room nothing was offered

There is now a $25 deposit fee but you do get it back at checkout. My fist room was dirty and toilet seat was falling off... they moved me.. the second room was cleaner but that toilet seat was barely hanging on by a thread too. They don't offer cable.

$25 deposit that you don't know until you get there... all rooms might not be in working suitable order.. I had to move rooms on more than one occasion.

The room was packed tightly (the mini-fridge was on the floor in the doorway to the bathroom, the end table blocked seating in the badly stained chair). There was no blanket or comforter on the bed, no instructions for heat. One lamp for light.

Nothing worked in the rooms one room had no TV, microwave or fridge, the other room had a TV the fridge didn¿t work. The bathroom and floors were filthy the toilet didn¿t flush and there were roaches

The location and price. The staff was nice. I appreciated the privacy and quietness.

Most definitely. No cable or atena in room for regular tv. Only thier roku fire stick our you tube programming whatever that is. I was flabbergasted never been to a room where I couldn't watch regular tv. My first room had a toilet problem they moved me.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The elevator was sketchy and the floor was sticky. My room was supposed to be a double but it had a bed and a bunk bed. There were 2 of us and I had to sleep on the bunk bed it had no pillow or sheets, very squeaky and pretty much a pile of Springs.

Nothing at all. It stunk¿ a musty and moldy feel to the entire building. Our room was very small, toilet was damn near in the floor¿ didn¿t have a tank on it and it leaked when we flushed it. We saw a roach and left! Could not finish reservation. DISGUST

Everything, will never return¿ Too much traffic which was the family¿ Very unorganized

Location that met my needs.

Dirty room, dirty refrig, dirty floors, HEAVY SMOKE ON THE FOURTH FLOOR: CANABIS AND CIGARETTES, GAVE ME BATH MATS FOR TOWELS AND CHILDREN YELLING AND ADULTS TALKING LOUDLY DURING THE NIGHT(2:00AM)...

Where do I begin? Well this place is a pos it¿s less quality that motel 6 honestly. If it wasn¿t so late I would¿ve slept in the car. I never give bad reviews unless it¿s really necessary. I can go on but hopefully you get the point. DONT DO IT!

Dirty room. Dirty tub and shower curtain. Toilet paper holder on floor fell out of wall. No light in room. Brought a dirty lamp with bare wires hanging out! Bugs in the bathroom.

The desk clerk even though we were completely dissatisfied remained professional and kind.

As we walked down the hall the floor was sticky. When entering the room, immediately we were disappointed. It smelled like smoke, there was dirt on the floor, the bathroom door was off the hinges/roller, the door and cockroach bait was present. We left!

Convenient

Got to room and had no rooms rooms I reserved available and the tubs was dirty then fire alarm beeping all night because no batteries in them .

It was a quiet hotel

The room was not clean when I got into it. Almost none of the power outlets worked and the shower and floors of the room were dirty.

It was accessible to stores food and everything that we needed at the time

I have a problem with the air conditioner but the manager fixed it by giving us a circular fan and it was much better LOL thank you overall it was a good experience

When I got to my room my TV was broken. I told the staff to get me a new one they refused. I ended up having to go into an empty room and swap the TVs out myself after my second night of stay because they refused to give me a working TV. filthy place

Need clean room and too small room.

There no outlets, few towels¿ bed is not made.

Not very clean. Spots on bathroom wall and tub were large areas of paint missing. Bathroom sink looked and felt like one tug and it would fall off the wall.Walked barefoot on floor and feet were almost black.

The darkness of the room. I slept good the first night.

I get my key entered the hotel room and pull back the blanket to see that the fitted sheet is stained. I went back to the front desk and instead of offering to change the sheets, I was offered to look for a different room. Took 2 more rooms. Old towels
