Comfort Inn Near Greenfield Village

First my room was not properly cleaned I had feces on the toilet. Also my bed mattress had a hole in it. Also the carpet was filthy also when I proceeded to inform management of the conditions of my room, the manager,was very rude and nasty to me.

There was no hot water. Front desk never answered their phone. Front desk attendant was rude. Curtains couldn’t close so couldn’t block out the sun

The pool was closed and they didn't keep the breakfast bar four, we had to ask if it was getting refilled

Was very unorganized lots of broken things in there like ironing board hook on the bathroom door drawer handles service was terrible

Ample parking excellent breakfast

The room I selected was King room and only available room was double bed

Close proximity to The Henry Ford Museum is why I keep choosing this hotel. Rooms are clean.

It felt a little bit dated. The breakfast bar was not that great.

The rear door to parking was broken and did not lock. Anyone can walk right into access of the stair well. A little scary!

Front door broken and it was beyond freezing in lobby. I felt bad for the lady working the front desk.

Convenient location for the Henry Ford museum. Also easy to get to if you take Amtrack. The station is next door.

There was no cold water in the tap. All water was either hot or warm. The coldest water was about 90 degrees F. It's better than not having hot water but it's irritating.

Broken gym equipment. Dirty. Mold in bathroom. Stain on carpet. Old and outdated.

Location to Amtrak Dearborn Station & restaurants. Complimentary Breakfast was very good.

The door didn't close properly. Had to make sure it actually closed. The deadbolt didn't work.

Close location to the Henry Ford Museum of Innovation and the later home of Clara and Henry Ford.

Housekeeping did not replace needed towels or amenities on daily basis.we stayed 4 days. They cleaned once.we had to go to front desk for towels and other minor needs. But must say room was clean and TV and A.C. WAS GOOD. Also Bathroom was clean.

Room smelled like smoke and there was mold in the shower. I left at 1:30am and drove 1.5hrs home because I didn¿t want to breathe that in all night. There wer no rooms left.
