Hotel had a bad smell, staff wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was pretty minimal

This hotel had no room keys. We literally couldn’t get into our room without being accompanied by hotel staff. No privacy and it ruined our plans to go in and out for the night.

Newer, updated, clean facility. Quiet room despite hotel being locatd next to expressway. Great location (near Henry Ford museum), really nice free breakfast. Multiple restaurant options located near by. Staff was very attentive.

First night sink stopped draining. Front desk said there was no one who could help. They gave us a plunger but we had to plunge the sink. That did not fix the issue. Had to take the drain under the sink apart and removed a massive gag inducing hair clog.

Yes we had a problem with our toilet and it took them two days to fix it. I would like a discount apply to my account.

Very quiet and clean. Location is great.

I had to go down to reception to ask for more towels. If they could put extra towels in rooms would be great

Toilet did not have lid. No creamer with coffee maker/coffee in room. Bathroom wasn?t very clean.

It was a newer hotel everything smelled clean and fresh. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful, lots to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

nothing gave us a dirty room and then lied and said we made it dirty just so they could keep our deposit

The staff was not friendly, the only one that was friendly was the girl that did the breakfast.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hallways and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was good and staff was great. The room was set up very well and had a comfortable bed. Hotel is conveniently located close to the highway.

Highway noise was loud in the room we got facing it. The neighborhood didn't seem all that great but it felt fine during the day. The fridge in the room had decided to defrost before we arrived so there was a small flood that we had to mop up.

The breakfast options were among the best I¿ve ever had at this type of hotel. Also appreciated the large bottles of soap, lotion, and shampoo. Definitely environmentally friendly.

It was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Trip was couple with senior parent.

I liked the free breakfast and complimentary WiFi. The hotel seems nice and clean and fairly new.

When we first arrived around 3:15 pm, the front desk had issues checking guests in. Our room was not clean: (1) on of the hand towels had someone else's hair on them (2) leftover M&M candy from another guest was still under the bed. Nearby room NOT quiet

Upon checking in the hotel staff stated that I needed to "pay" $200 for incidentals. I said do you mean have a card on file for incidentals, they said no they will charge my card $200, and after 3-5 business days the amount will return on my card wth

one of staffs assisted with my aunts who needed help. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Small garage can in the room, needed more than one and a little bigger.

Very clean Hotel

Yes I was upset because I got charge extra $200 for deposit. I hope I get my money back. Still waiting for the money. The said they will refund when I checked out.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The hotel was clean.
