Pros +
- They refunded my money
- Hotel employee was really great. Super friendly and helpful. The inn was a cool older home that has been fixed up. Fun themed rooms. Breakfast was 10/10. The beds were comfortable.
- The location was perfect for walking downtown.
Cons -
- No one available for check-in. Called 2 different numbers. Finally a txt response... I responded, then no response for another 15-20 minutes. Ended up leaving to find another place to stay. Eventually got a sorry response and money refunded.
- I wish for the money that they had better towels I like soft and fluffy towels not some thing that I know has been used over and over.
- The hotel was lacking in maintenance, our lavoratory faucet was leaking, landscape unkept. It was a beautiful older home that needed a bit of tlc.
