- Very clean and friendly service.
- Clean and comfortable. Friendliness and helpfulness of employees first rate. We were there three nights and it was the best out of the 6 different hotels we stayed in on this trip to the UP.
- Close to ferry dock and shopping. Older hotel but clean with decent breakfast. Clean pool
Cons -
- Toilet did not always flush. When told staff it was not corrected
- Tour groups loud noisy @4 am & pushy at breakfast
- Room cleaning
