Pros +
- Very dirty. We checked in and left within an hour due to the how gross it was. Beer cans in the hallway, some type of pill was found on our floor in the room, fan in the bathroom was loud. gnats.
- Location. Beautiful Lake Huron Beach Location. Right next door to Mackinac Island ferry. Outside balcony was very nice and had a Bridge view. Price was great.
- The clerk at the desk, was very very helpful and pleasant. She was on duty my entire stay, but every time I called the desk she was very pleasant. Even though the hotel was understaffed, she answered every question.
Cons -
- The clerk didn't even ask why we were leaving when I returned the key. She didn't seem to care.
- Rooms were not clean and the hotel had an odor. Staff was also unfriendly
- No breakfast, only coffee. Outdoor hot tub was full of lawn chairs. Indoor hot tub wasn't HOT. Owners are letting a very nice hotel get run down. Bed looked great but didn't feel great!
