Location.
The fact that the hotel was right on the beach was very pleasant. My son was excited to see the lake and the bridge in view. Was definitely worth the stay.

Cons -

No microwave in room, closet door was locked, elevator broke while in it
When we got there to check in they had moved us to a different motel. The room had flies, the TV kept going out, the lamp didn't work, the entrance door had a gap in it!

Location.

When we got there to check in they had moved us to a different motel. The room had flies, the TV kept going out, the lamp didn't work, the entrance door had a gap in it!
