- The overall appearance and friendliness of staff. I also like the convenience of the store that was open 24hrs for snacks and such
- Very clean, staff friendly, good breakfast.
Cons -
- Concierge staff could be more helpful
- The pool was a little cold and I really wished there was a jacuzzi or sauna
- They did not have a room for us when we checked in then the second night we got locked out of our room. We didn¿t sleep very good it was very noisy this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
