Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast lady, the front counter lady, the lady keeping the pool deck clean. Amazing. The pool and hot tub was very clean and the perfect temperature. Breakfast offered apple cinnamon waffles! Nice!
It was one of the nicest hotel stays I've ever had. Great attention to detail and comfort. Great breakfast.

Cons -

All good.
This is more of a mention not a dislike. The staff was not very friendly. It wasn't bad but I felt perhaps they were doing just enough to keep there job.

I was extremely impressed with how clean my room was. Often rooms "look clean" but if spill something and wipe it up (especially if you use the white hotel towel) you see how dirty it really is. The bathroom floor was especially clean.
