This property has been completely remodeled. What a difference, exceptional staff they truly made our stay pleasant, from the maintenance man to the desk clerks to the staff in general and the kitchen hostesses well you couldn't ask for better people.

Check in lady not friendly at all and did give out normal info such as breakfast, pool etc.

It was convenitently located and in general was quiet

This hotel is in need of updating. It was very difficult to open the sliding shower door and felt like it would be easy to be stuck inside. The door into the room was very hard to open and the trim around the door was falling off. Carpet worn and dated

Convenient for where we were going

It was under construction I knew that be 3 stars not even close. We paid way to much for the condition of this hotel.

I waited a long time to be waited on. Office employee was not pleasant. Smelled like chlorine and weed. Rooms are dated and need a deep clean. Im incredibly disappointed about being misled by a 3 star rating when its clearly a 1.

Check out time and location . The staff was friendly.

The room was dirty and dusty. The duvet had food stuck on it which we didn’t use. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and sink and no hot water. Breakfast was awful -there was no butter for toast or muffins and a very small choice of options.

The breakfast was very good.

THE POOL AND HOT TUB WAS CLOSED. IT WAS NOT STATED ANYWHERE WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION.

The location was great and the staff was very friendly.

I did not like that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Like they didn’t sweep the floor and didn’t clean the tub. Also didn’t like you couple literally see into the hallway from the door because the door wasn’t sealed properly.

Rooms are old and dirty. Curtains ripped, carpet was filthy and furniture in terrible condition. Hot tub not working. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. I would have left but was desperate

The hot tub was broken. The pool area was really bad and the windows in the pool area were left open all night. I felt that was unsafe.

Everything. Dirty, jacuzzi was dirty and had been patched because someone broke it. Outside door frame crumbling at the bottom. Hot tub was out of order and covered in algae, hadn't been cleaned in years. Everything was ugly and broken. Terrible

friendly staff

no gym as mentioned online (need one when vacationing-had to figure out a new plan due to this) . hot tub broken. cleanliness of hotel itself and rooms not up to par.

Room was very dirty coffee machine was dairy. The curtains was so dirty tub, and the sink was very dirty and coming apart needs to be updated

Spa was not working, had to move rooms due to TV broken, hair dryer in new room not working fridge in new room was filthy. Requested a first floor room and told no problem only when I checked in and told I couldn?t have one, staff was friendly on check in

The pool water was so chlorinated, everyone was coughing, gagging and our eyes were burning. The front desk said the window that was opened (approx 5?) in the pool room was the only ventilation. The hot tub was cold. Room air filters were filthy

The rooms need to be update. It's a old smell in the room, The bathtub was filthy wit a black ring around tub and hair in tub, also the hot water did not work in bathroom sink.

Excellent location, right by the shopping and plenty of restaurants.

There was so much chlorine in the pool, your eyes burned just being in the room. Also seemed like whoever did repairs did a poor job. There were spots in our room where holes had been patched but not painted.
