- Hotel employee checked me in and let me tell you, she was phenomenal! Very sweet and accommodating. Management did good hiring her!!

- I didnt think breakfast was great but have had worse.
- THE DOOR GOING INTO THE ROOM LOOKED LIKE IT WAS PREVIOUSLY BROKEN INTO. THERE WAS PLASTIC WRAP AROUND BOTH BED FRAMES. THE BEDS WERE SLOPPED AND UNCOMFORTABLE. THE COAT RACK FELL DOWN. SLOW DRAIN IN THE SINK. THE HOTEL ADVERTISED A HOT TUB. NOT ONE
- The toilet leaked and would get our socks wet.

My lights in the bathroom didnt work for the 3 visit..and there's no conditioner. For an upscale hotel this has sure went down hill. Over priced.
