Parking lot needs repair

Location. Breakfast was decent, surprisingly.

Manager, was very rude and argumentative. Very unhelpful.Also, the hot tub jets were just bubbling up and not out, making the floor very slippery

The pool area had brown hair all over the floor. It was beyond gross.

Newly remodeled

Thin walls that allow talking and snoring from adjacent rooms to disturb your sleep. Limited control of AC won't let you run the fan to drown out the noises.

IT was my daughter and my birthday so there was four of us and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub it was so relaxing . After walking around at Frankinmouth.

The floor in the pool area needed to be moved it was dirty.

The Hotel is going through some upgrades so lobby is kinda crowded with boxes but rooms are very clean. Can't wait to come back and see the upgrades.

When we stayed there was 2 Football teams staying. One from Hillsboro City Schools out of Ohio. The other was from Seaholm High School out of Birmingham, MI. Their was some very disrespectful young boys that stayed on the 3rd floor. No Fault of the Hotel!

When I ended up in the hospital they kindly extended our stay for my traveling companion!

They are in a remodel but the mess was terrible. Screws and nails by the entrances, including the parking spaces, the 1st floor smoke detectors were covered in tape and the floors were so covered in drywall dust that you left footprints everywhere.

I liked that they are making it nicer

The room is full of construction dust the carpet needs cleaned

The hotel was under redecorating, dust everywhere. I?m sure when completed it will be great!

Under renovation which we were not aware of. Stairwell door was not locking properly so anyone could have had access.

It wasn't outside

ga the wrong room. I booked a hot tub didn't get that. But they gave me 20.00. that I've yet to see. 2 dirty wash clothes fell off the showercurtain on me.Stepped on 3 vitamins from previous guest Informed staff they acted like it was no big deal.

Sand in the bathroom was very very loud. There was a hole in the curtains so the light from the parking lot kind of shined in our room went down for breakfast and there weren?t any bagels or bread type things left.

Breakfast was good.

Handicap room had a tub, cant climb in and toilet very low to ground with hand rails made for short person.

Great breakfast. Great location. Big spacious room.

The only reason the room was not marked excellent was because of the curtains. The curtains were ripped in two places. I told the receptionist and she said that they were waiting on new curtains. They have been waiting 6 weeks for new curtains.

Mattresses where very uncomfortable room was not up to par. Lamp shades cracked honestly not up to standard of several other comfort inns I?ve stayed in the past.
