- Location the rooms
- Took the time to switch rooms for bed change from a king to two queens
- The breakfast and breakfast staff.
Cons -
- The hot tub was dirty and the jets didn't work. Pook was freezing!
- Only one of the two elevators is working. Last year, last stay, only one elevator was functional. Ran out of toilet paper. Seemed under staffed.
- Room needs updated. Loose tiles in the bathroom
