Featuring a daily continental breakfast and an indoor pool, this hotel is located less than one mile from Ferris State University. Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property. - The price and breakfast and clean room.

- Staff was friendly and easy to find.
Cons -
- The hotel has a pool but there were no towels out, room was still dirty on the fridge (really crusted handles) no extra blankets or pillows in the room and there had been trash bags left in the hallway for our whole stay. Was not very clean for a hotel.
- Smells bad, breakfast was cereal and a waffle maker, noisy, dingy
- Room definitely needs a good cleaning, the vent in the bathroom was caked with dust.
