- Office was easy to deal with .location is convenient. It's warm and has great water pressure. I've been here 4 nights and so far no signs of bed bugs.++++

- someone is letting their animal use the restroom everywhere including the second story walk way around the building
- Everything was efficient no problems
- The room smelled terrible, the toilet ran all night, the sheets were old and beaded up, the comforter was stained and dirty, the bathroom was filthy. The tub and toilet looked like they haven't been cleaned for months, the desk and bed table were filthy, the front window was very filthy and the floors were dirty.

The room was not clean!
The room was disgusting and management refused to give me a refund because I didn’t report it in 15 minutes or less after checking in. I had to go to Walmart for necessities. The bathroom had a hard dry towel hanging on the shower. The flood was filthy! And a strange man kept playing music on the balcony all night. I called the lobby and the manager was terrified and let the guy continue playing music all night. The
