Nice, convenient, came with breakfast. Staff was friendly!

Lack of parking for large vehicles. Had to park at back of hotel( not a problem) but then had to walk back around front to go in. Need an operational rear entrance.

The area and river front

The housekeeper was rude and unwelcoming for room 417

Location was good to riverfront and downtown Bay City. Breakfast was very good.

Location on the east side of the river with Up Town close by and many good restaurants Good free breakfast too

The room was clean and renovated. The price was very good as well

I did not like the location of my room, it was right next to the elevator, very noisy

Location was great, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfadt was great.

Carpets were old/stained. No freezer in room fridges & the ice machine was broken.

I could afford it. The breakfast was pretty decent.

It?s in a loud location (not the hotels fault). The cable service on the TV did not have ESPN.

The breakfast staff was friendly and energetic. The food was good.

In a four day stay, the room wasn?t cleaned once and we had to ask for towels. The hallways and our room smelled like marijuana for most of the stay.

I got bumped from my king size to a queen. Dude to them selling it.

The hotel was excellent! we had a wonderful stay. The lady who prepared the breakfast was so friendly she always had a smile on her face. We could not find one thing wrong with the hotel and we plan on staying there again! thank you!

There was NOTHING we didn't like about the hotel it was in walking distance to where we were going!

The place is run down and smelled like sewer and 50 year old smoke.

Breakfast. a lot of waste from packing. no china ware only plastic.

All staff was friendly and helpful! The pool was a definite plus. It's very close to everything.

Room way too hot. Had to turn hear completely off. Noisy heat and fan. Couldn't sleep.

Breakfast was great, beds were comfy!

Hotel was outdated - kinda smelled The bathrooms in our room were not ventilated well. You could smell the room next to you when someone using the bathroom- was pretty gross!
