- I have stayed there several times I like Holiday Inn and I will continue to stay there when I come to Battle Creek
- Location and was the location of the memorial I was attending.
- The location to my meeting.
Cons -
- The woman that checked me in was rude both times that I stayed here. Was also confrontational. Not what I would expect. It explains why the service has gone down hill since it opened.
- No
- Didn't get the king room I booked. Hotel employee at the front desk was rude and nasty. Was told at 12:30 my room wasn't ready by one employee. At 4:30 was told there was no room. Someone was in that room and was given a queen at the far end of the second floor.
