- Can't ever connect to the Wi-Fi the connection is very poor
- No hot water, no bedside lamps, no deadbolt to securely lock, beat up fridge & microwave, toilet seat unstable
- No hot water for showers. Blood and vomit on the walls. The shower had never been cleaned. There were massive cobwebs in the corners of the room
