Pros +
- Convenience. Between Ogunquit and Portland.
- Affordable and friendly staff.
- It was in a good area and I knew this area from years ago.
Cons -
- Somehow we were double booked and ended up in an old cottage instead of a hotel room. Tight quarters. TV was on top of the refrigerator and wouldn't work. Neither would the internet. Rustic is an understatement.
- Overall experience was not great at all. The cleanliness of the place needs improvement's and updating as well. We had not one but two bars of opened soap in the bathtub which was very disturbing to us. Long term people arguing next to us it was awful!
- Had a kitchen but no forks, knives, spoons, pots. Mold in bathroom and ceiling in kitchen had water stains all over it. Pillows and mattress had not been replaced in years! Kitchen sink drained very slowly!!

Very close to many restaurants and beaches
