- It was clean and we got a free upgrade. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was more than what I expected and was far better than other free hotel breakfasts I have had.

- bed bugs in my bed. hallway on second floor smelled like weed.
- Our room was filthy. There was food on the ceiling. The bench had food on it. The handle to the toilet was about to fall off. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet. The sink didn?t have a drain. The bathroom counter was dirty.
