Perched above the shores of Clam Cove and the Atlantic Ocean, this Rockport motel features guest rooms with views of the surrounding sea. A seasonal outdoor pool is featured on site. Guests can relax and lounge on the motel’s lawn overlooking the cove. Rockport city center and the Rockport Golf Course are within 3 miles of this motel. Samoset Golf course and Rockland city center are less than 5 minutes’ drive away.

- The room was spacious and had a fabulous view with a balcony. Breakfast was quite good.
Cons -
- Plastic mattress encasement horrible. Crunches every time you move and makes for hot sleeping. Room needs doormats inside and out. Checked in in the rain leading to wet footprints all over entry. Complimentary breakfast weak. Shower curtain mildewy.

- being a short older lady it was hard to get in and out of the beds and the adjustments for the air conditioner were very hard to reach. The outside stairs were bit much no elevator
