Pros +
- The staff was very friendly. Location was good. Close to a grocery store and few places to eat.
- Appearance and cleanliness, friendliness and kindness and hospitality of the staff that work there
- Absolutely a beautiful spacious room. Clean and thoughtful in design
Cons -
- Pillows were old and need updating. The room 211 had peeling wall paper.
- I can't say "I don't like this" but I would've preferred a downgrade to a Queen, rather than an Accessible King Suite. I realize it's preferable for a hotel to sell its rooms every night but I felt I was taking up space I didn't need.
- Yes, road noise was very loud but understandable. The clock in my room was one that only hotel staff could fix. I called the front desk to ask if someone would help NO HELP NOT EVEN THE NEXT Day WHEN I ASKED SPECIFICALLY FOR IT TO BE FIXED. UGH

It was a fun location with so many stores, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. It was unique in that there was a quarry you could look out over from the upper floors as well. The fitness center was nice.
Unfortunately some missing some dumbbells, though it is common in hotel gyms and I am not sure why people steal the dumbbells.
