- The people at the front desk - amazing staff -
- Location
- Loved the location. It is very close to the pier, yet not too close where you would hear noise from the rides or bars. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable.
Cons -
- It said ocean view - that's only if you walked out of the hotel room
- I had issues with the lock on our door as the key did not work properly. Staff were friendly and switched out the lock, only to have one of the new keys not work as well. I also wasn't fond of the idea of wearing a bracelet to get into the pool.
- the room was even smaller than we thought and the continental breakfast is a joke!
