This Old Orchard Beach resort features a seasonal on-site restaurant and outdoor pool. Free WiFi is also available. Cable TV, a fridge and a coffee maker are found in each room of the The Grand Beach Inn. Suites also include a full kitchen. The rooms and suites are accessible by stairs only. A seasonal bar also operates on site. Guests are also welcome to cook out on the grills in the picnic area, and can receive advice on how to prepare and eat lobster. Evenings can be spent strolling the miles of open beach waiting next to the resort. Historic Portland is 16 mi from the The Grand Beach Inn. Palace Playland is 1.4 mi away and the Maine Mall us 9.6 mi away. Only dogs allowed on the property, and only one dogs per room. Also one parking spot per room.

So close to the beach! Nice, comfortable rooms. Very clean.
Beach across the street.
The Staff was friendly and accommodating! The pool was lovely and the room was pet friendly!! It was clean, modest spacious! There is also a restaurant/Bar on the premises that has amazing breakfast and live music each night. I will be returning next year

Cons -

We stayed at the den. The main light bulb didn't work so we requested a lamp. There was jo coffee maker, so we requested one and the one they brought over didnt work. There was no phone so any communication, we had to walk over to the office.
Bed was uncomfortable, but they did fix it. Room and building needs work done. Microwave outlet was pulled from the wall sitting in the surface. Fire Hazzard 100% without smoke fire detectors. Under case and should been let know to fire Marshall, fined.
It was booked as delux and was average at best. One lamp in the room with a missing light bulb, phone not hooked up. It was awful but it wasnÂ¿t great..

The room was larger than I expected. Beautiful short walk to beach. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and nice. I would stay again no problem
