Located just a 2-minute walk from Old Orchard Beach and its pier, this motel features a spacious outdoor pool and deck. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all areas. Cable TV, a microwave and a fridge are found in each traditional room of the Sea Breeze Motel. A coffee maker and kitchenware are also included. Guests of the Seabreeze are welcome to enjoy the poolside lounge chairs and barbeque grill. The pool is cleaned and checked daily. The Old Orchard Beach Amtrak Station is a 5-minute walk from the motel. Pirates Cove mini-golf is a half mile away.

Cons -
- Worn down, you can hear every sound in all the surrounding rooms, including snoring. Burners on stove were so rusty they had to be a safety issue.. and the trains. 24/7 trains, a little boy into trains would be living his best life here.
- Train runs right outside your door, hotel needs lots of repairs.. definitely not worth what i paid for.
- No coffee in the lobby
