- The location is good because it's on Route 1 and close to the ocean and shops/restaurants
- This was a wonderful property in Ogunquit. As a first time vistior, we were loved the location, convenience to downtown food and shops as well as the hospitality of the new property owner who obviously cares. The fire pit was an added bonus.

- We were informed after we checked in that there was no TV or Internet access. We also experienced electrical problems with a GDI outlet in the bathroom. The owner was prompt in replacing the outlet.
- If you need handicap accessible, be sure to check closely as this is a property built in 1850 with stairs.

The location was perfect! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beach. The staff was extremely friendly. We would definitely return!
