Friendly staff, great room, close proximity to family and things we wanted to see and do. The price was good yoo

One switch for the bathroom for the light and the fan. Fan was pretty noisy.

I paid for a pet friendly hotel when I got there they charged me a fee saying I didn’t specify that was the room i wanted. The room was old and the bathroom was dirty

The fact I can drive up to my room door was extremely helpful. I didn't have a dog with me but there was a nice dog walking path. Pool was enjoyable. Staffed 24/7. 11am check out time later than a lot of other hotels and much appreciated.

The cleanliness was a bit sub par. Nothing to really complain about, but they may want to work on that.

The shower curtain was up against your body while showering. Extremely low ceilings. The carpet was worn.

Location, clean, except for one stained comforter that we asked to have changed out.

Breakfast until 9:30 would be good. Check out to 11:00 would be good. Expect it to be a bit more updated for the price.

In a convenient location to get to Ogunquit ME and Portsmith NH. Kind-of in between each location. Near outlet malls if you like shopping and some good restaurants. Inexpensive. Quiet. Bed was comfortable.

Rooms are old and worn. Bed linens, although clean, were gray from use. They need to be replaced. Carpet in room was stained. Although the hotel itself is relatively clean and well-maintained, they need to invest in updates to rooms and bathrooms, etc.

Great price for a very nice clean room. Perfect location for all things Kittery!

Thin walls so can hear everything next room and can be noisy as people talk on phone right outside of our room

It was close to the person we were visiting. It had comfortable places to sit in the room, which is rare and appreciated. Had the scale, charm and finishing touches of a 50s upscale motel.

Breakfast was not healthy. Walls were thin between rooms. Fan in the bathroom was very loud.

Mattress very uncomfortable and neighbors were loud until late at night.

First night we stayed it was fine. Second time , two days later ask to stay in same room. Smelled like urine.

The room was very clean and we slept so great there. The breakfast was very nice as well. Our stay there exceeded our expectations.
