Pros +

• The proximity to Sunday River and snowshoeing trails behind the house are great. Plenty of parking. Decent beds and plenty of towels.

Cons -

• A lot of things. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Basement is unfinished, unheated, and has an exposed furnace that turns on and off all the time. Water filtration system leaked (significantly) on basement floor any time the shower was used- I told Booking.com on day 2 of our stay and nobody addressed this. While 2 showers are in the house, can only use one shower at a time if you want hot water and water pressure. Cant shower while dishwasher or washing machine is going or youll have no water pressure. The kitchen lacked basic items like wine and beer glasses, a colander for pasta, a peeler, Tupperware, a stock pot, sharp knives etc. Basically everything in the place was poor quality.
