- The customer service was outstanding. Staff went above and beyond for me and my family.

- The staff were the best. Very helpful and informative. Can't recall if I've ever experienced better. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice location.

- Breakfast was limited. Our room's appearance was nice but a bit bland & could've used a personality upgrade. Nothing much on the room walls. Paintings, photos, or prints of Bar Harbor would be a nice homey touch.
- Needs some updates. For what we paid to stay at this B&B, I felt like the bed should have been more comfortable and the bathroom should have been in a little better condition. It wasn¿t really dirty or anything, but just not very user friendly.
