Located in downtown Bar Harbor, this motel is a 10-minute drive from the entrance of Acadia National Park. The motel features guest rooms with free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Pros +
- Staff at the front desk were great. The room was very clean and the water pressure was exemplary. Walkable to everything in Bar Harbor.
- Walking distance to downtown therefore you don¿t have to deal with finding parking. Clean, great service. Typically I would choose a high-end chain hotel when traveling but this was just as nice-just different as it is a motel layout.
- Very very clean- even though rooms were a bit dated they were clean. Also front desk was very welcoming at check in. And even though rooms opened outside, the area/hotel felt very safe.
Cons -
- No.
- The floors are very thin so we heard the young children above us for hours turning flips (starting very early in the morning). Every flip felt like whole building was shaking.
- There was some issue with the wifi reception in the room we were. But not a big deal.
