- The indoor pool and hot tub

- The staff was wonderful and super accommodating but they could not make up for the utterly deplorable conditions: mold in the tubs, one of the sinks didn't drain, the carpets were crusty and there was a nasty smell in the first room we were assigned.
Cons -
- The pool could have been a little bit warmer.
- The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the mattresses were deformed with concavitirs in multiple places. The staff were wonderful and accommodating but there is only so much you can do when baseline is so low.
- Fire alarm went off and caused us to leave our room earlier than we planned
