- The customer service was great from the young lady at the time of check-in. She was extremely pleasant and kind to not only myself but to the impatient customer behind me that was in a hurry to check in before my transaction was completed.
- I like the area
- Soft clean beds the staff is nice everything in the room works great views from the window
Cons -
- The hotel is going through a major facelift, and about more than half of the construction is being done on the left wing of the hotel and there is debris, paint, drywall, room doors opened and its also dangerous. Someone including staff could get hurt!!
- I was not pleased with morning hotel staff. the hotel towel and cloths and covers had hair on them.
- The only thing I do not like about the hotel is you cannot connect to any video game consoles to the TV unless I?m doing something wrong but this is my second time visiting here and I cannot connect my game console.
