It’s disgusting- I DID NOT STAY IN THAT FILTHY PLACE

a full refund request for my reservation #1058361162. a NON-smoking room was not provided & I was assigned a room that smelled heavily of smoke. The staff failed to provide the non-smoking accommodation that I purchased or resolve the issue adequately.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Quality Inn. It's hard to believe this property is part of the Quality Inn brand. The toilet and shower leaked throughout our stay. Although maintenance attempted to fix them.

breakfast, too basic and no replenishment when something is finished, like the waffles and the fruits during my stay

We hsd a broken shower, the pool was out of service, there were roaches everywhere, and the staff was unbearable. Thye promised us a refund but never gave it to us. Now i am taling it up with my credit card to get my funds back.

Roaches in the room. Dirty hallways / parking areas.

There was roaches. I ask to get a refund to move to another hotel.....she said no.

The staff is horrible and they have no education or respect for the client. They offended and humiliated me when I was checking in. Besides, they gave me a room with damaged heating. I don't recommend it for anything

This place was fine in a pinch, even tho close to DC Uber still about a 30 minute drive. I?ve been to worse Quality Inns, at the least the room did not smell and the bedding was fresh.

Had to go to desk to ask for towels.

Cramped, lock on door didnt work properly. Newly painted.

Absolutely nothing

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It smelt terrible, showers and bathroom was disgusting. Bedsheets had stains. I would avoid this place at all costs

Just about everything ? the room smelled like a combination of tobacco and weed; it was dirty; it was not safe; even the check-in was protected by a glass wall. HORRIBLE. We did not stay - immediately checked out.

ROACHES AND ALL TYPES OF OTHER INSECTS BIRDS MAKING NEST ON THE HOTEL BUILDING!!! NASTY!!!!!

Pretty much everything. The hotel's primary traffic appeared to be walk-ins from the surrounding neighborhood . Individuals with reservations we treated very poorly by customer service. Their housekeeping staff was very rude. No in-room WIFI!!!

Staff wasn?t friendly. Room was not what I booked. Breakfast is continental only, not hot like other locations.

The night host was professional.loved that the Grocery store was in great distance from the hotel.and that the bus stop is at front door service

My room still had McDonald's trash don't think they changed the sheets.TV volume kept going in and out. Housekeeper never came around an I stayed for two days. Didn't give any extra trash bags.Couldnt get any new wash clothes a towel. Didn't get my 47$

You can smell cigarette even if it not a smoking room. WiFi is not working. Don't expect a lot from this hotel. If you just need to stay overnight, it's fine but for a long stay is not recommended.

Location

Beds were old and very uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of cereal and juice and oatmeal. No eggs, no sausage, no toast. It was not a normal quality inn breakfast or rooms.

The room was not clean thoroughly the tub was filthy the Sheets Were stained and that was in both beds the comforters had burn holes everywhere. The refrigerator did not work.
