Unfortunately, my stomach turned when I put in a request for a wake up call at 4:45am. Brain, the representative of the front desk acknowledges to me 6 times what is 4:45? I kindly explain to him the little hand is on the 5 and the big hand is on the 9.

After explaining the clock time and receiving an agreement. I still didn't get a wake up call

Excellent air conditioning and breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.

It was very terrible experience the stuff call police and locked us out of the room before 11 trying to show off

The breakfast area was small and dirty, the elevator was small, the air conditioner in the room was very loud making it hard to sleep, parking costs $20 and there is no guarantee you will get a parking spot.

Location is close to a lot in silver spring. Staff was largely nice, but ineffective.

I booked a handicapped accessible room but was not given one. This was extremely important to my travel- so much so that I checked to make sure we had this several times before our check in. Despite all my attempts- we didn’t get it.

It was close to where I needed to be. Having breakfast was convenient

The room was terribly musty. A better bathroom ventilation system would fix that. It was noisy at times when I was trying to sleep due to other guests and traffic.

Yes. Thanks fir asking about this Everything's was great, Except In the room because of this carpet we didn't get pure air. Also the room windows it doesn't open.

It was very clean amd the staff was friendly.

The staff was very friendly but not helpful They also charged a $100 incidental fee at check in for possible damage. They said I wouldn't get it back for 4-6 weeks.

Close to DC

Building is in poor condition. Stuck in elevator for several minutes waiting for the door to open. Even as a guest they charged $20 a day to park

Had to pay for parking, elevators were cramped and slow, staff gave a poor impression from the door. breakfast area was congested.

It's conveniently located on Georgia Avenue in downtown Silver Springs

The parking arrangements are the worst.

There were two small elevators but only one of them was functional (not enough for all rooms). The functional one did not work for sometime, everyone had to use the stairs. There is not enough parking for the guests in contrast with the description.

The staff, breakfast, room and location. Jenny had offered and set us up with IHG rewards addressing the tv issue. She was great!

Our television was cutting in and out, and the refrigerator didnt work until the morning.

Room access cards repeatedly did not work. Had to make many trips to the front desk (three the first night and two the last night) to get assistance entering the room.

Rat in room. Transferred to second room. Room next door had a puppy that whined all night. This Hotel use to be top notch. Not Now!

Very accommodating; staff members are helping?wished I got the name of the young lady who helped me at the business center?thank you!

Wished parking did not cost $20 per day.

Cockroach in room, sold out of parking passes for our first night so we had to park in the street
