Cons -

The furniture was extremely scuffed up. Room 421 At 4 am there were fights in the hallway. We thought there must be cameras and security. After 20 min we called front desk and someone came up to stop the fight. We could not return to sleep.
The fan in the bathroom stayed on the entire time I was in the room could not sleep left at 7:00 am to much to deal with
There was one bottle of water for 2 people should have been 2 but no big deal love the room

We liked everything it's a excellent hotel the restaurant and bar and the waterfront view, we will be back, very clean everything was walking distance
