Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Owings Mills

I walked in to the first room they assigned me and immediately had a breathing attack because it was so smoke saturated. And the hotel knew it was smoke saturated because there was still a machine used to clean the smoke out active in the room.

Lack of sleep every night because of the noise from the ventilation system and inability to control thermostat.

First room had no AC so they switched us to another room.

Desk was understaffed with several angry patrons waiting for attention.

The staff was great. I enjoyed the full kitchen and the indoor pool.

I had my 10 year old, who loves his video games. I call and asked if I could hook up his PS5. Once I got there. They informed me I wouldn't be able to hook up his game system. Also it was stains on the sofa.

Customer Service From Front Desk

Everything we booked this property for grill and fire pit which didn¿t work. Also my room was dirty we had to remake our bed ourself. Our tv didn¿t work we had to set it up on our own. The front desk didn¿t have any clean towels or wash clothes until 11pm

The pool and the gym, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice

The tvs never work properly, but it¿s a minor inconvenience. Housekeeping also has a tendency to let themselves in while you¿re in the room; first time I was in the shower and this last time I was in bed ¿¿

We stay here at least once a month, I like the kitchen and the showers are a nice size

The shower drain was covered in hair. The hair caused the shower to overflow all over the bathroom floor; used towels to clean, requested fresh towels to be dropped off outside. Instead they were dropped off outside the bathroom while I showered.

There are a lot of options for activities and the kitchen in the room was nice

The room definitely had bugs ¿¿ wine glasses would be full of them when we woke up in the morning, and they didn¿t look like ants. Maybe bed bugs?

Quiet location and room. Decent breakfast selection.

Coffee at breakfast was cold and we got there at 7am when breakfast started.

The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant, kind and made my stay wonderful.

The hotel was nice and clean.

There was a $150 fee and it took a week for it to be returned.

Room was lovely and spacious. Cliff was terrific! Breakfast was good.

Lobby is a bit boring. Does not really great travelers.

No in door pool , rooms too expensive , did not like the parking situation

Price location and the staff

It could do with some updating and special care when cleaning. Before leaving the light hit the wall above the bed in a way that showed handprints on the wall above the bed. Grossed us out. Took a picture and showed the front desk and was told they'd let the housekeeper know.

Nothing it had a strong smell in the room

It had a bad smell and the doors were dirty and damaged in the bathroom

We had a great experience here! The staff , the rooms and the breakfast were amazing!!! I'm rating it 10/10!

The children took over the swimming pool the entire time. It was only available to use the day of checkout. No other issues
