The room was very clean and comfortable.

The prepared food was not at all good. The bagels, muffins and Cinnabons looked fresh and tasty. The pre-prepared food was not at all good!! If you chose this hotel because of a free breakfast, choose something else!

Cleanliness and the location were ideal.

The air conditioning unit in our room was not operating properly. The staff attempted to rectify the issue, but it made our stay uncomfortable. We really liked the hotel and the breakfast.

I was greeted on the phone immediately by who was also just as pleasant upon arrival, providing me with a room request. The room was pristine and the lobby quiet calm and welcoming and I was delighted with the Woodland setting in an urban sprawl.

The hotel is conveniently located near my daughter's house.

The cleaning staff does not clean your room even when you don't have the door sign up. They don't come to clean unless they are getting the room ready for the next customer. Also secure all of your valuables because they do steal.

Breakfast

They allow very loud people in hallway slamming doors and did nothing after I complained. Location is nott very good.

The bathroom was very clean and the room was spacious.

No outdoor seating

The location was secluded, yet still convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. And our room had a beautiful view of the woods.

A personal laundry room would be nice.

Front desk failed to tell us TV's were not working and failed to offer any compensation

Big room right near the elevator! Breakfast was empty :)

No waffle maker at breakfast :) No yogurts that were not vanilla -- and yogurt was not that tasty. Room could get loud since we were near the elevator; I could hear the TV in the room over. No parking spaces left at hotel. Elevator smelled like weed.

Pool was closed, we weren?t told that when we made the reservation. Staff was few and far between. Room was never cleaned even though we requested it, and we never had enough towels. There was never any housekeeping service to bring us anything either.

Did not bring toothbrush and razor; no antislip mat in bathroom

Friendly staff

Terrible breakfast. Coffee was lukewarm and no delicious scents of coffee. Just the smell of rancid fat through the whole dining area and lobby. Also, only one TV was on in the breakfast area with low volume. Someone from corporate should pay a visit.

We arrived the hotel and were informed it was full and we could not get our refund

The best part about this hotel was the staff and the heated pool.

I did not like the fact that the phone was all the way in the living area instead of next to the bed like it used to be. I did not like the fact that I asked for more towels and never received them. Don't keep the door open at the pool at night!!
