Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills

This was my first time staying here. The location which was very close to my event and the time for Breakfast, that it ends at 11:00am, which is perfect. Because it gives you time to sleep in, and still make breakfast.

I didn’t get any sleep. My room was by the Elevator and there were people walking the floors all night, going back and forth to the elevator and ice machine. The location of the room was horrible, and the view was terrible.

The pool was nasty. I had no clue i had to pay for breakfast. There's no vent in bathroom. The water goes down slow while taking a shower.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to meeting our needs.

The charge for breakfast was too high in my opinion. Most hotels offer free breakfast, but this Hilton was not one of them.

The Receptionist did not look happy to be there. Walk-in shower is terrible.

My second night there, the room was not cleaned during the day. I left around 3 pm and returned evening. Room not cleaned.

Pool was dirty, elevator down, someone burnt something and the halls were smoky and triggered my asthma

Right off the highway

They wash the linens in harsh detergent, made me very itchy. When checking in, they were preoccupied and didn?t seem like I was a priority to get checked in

The friendly staff, lobby bar, and room cleanliness

The hot tub was broken, and the water looked mirky. In contrast, the indoor pool was perfect.

Everyone was very friendly and gave me great suggestions for places to eat. Hotel employee was SO helpful - recommended Linwood's and it was fantastic! The breakfast at the hotel was really good and they were very accommodating.

The website advertised that there was room service but there isn't!

I love this hotel. What makes it so great? Its the staff. They all deserve raises. They bend over backwards to assure you have an amazing stay. When Im in town this is where I stay. Im a repeat customer.

I wish they offered a free breakfast. They used to have free coffee and tea all day long. I was told the change came with new management. They also used to have a restaurant that had great food. Its no longer operational.

This is my go to hotel when I'm in the area. The hotel is clean. The staff are awesome. Its my home away from home.

The hotel is starting to show its age and could use some love. Its absolutely clean, yet the furnishings and wall paper is showing its age. Their breakfast is awesome, yet its a bit pricey. I wish they offered a free breakfast, or at least tea.

No shower caps in the bedrooms and the renovations that were going on and that there was not a free breakfast for such a poor hotel.

The air was fairly clean.

You can hear people walking on the upper floor. The HVAC was noisy going on and off during the night.

The hotel is old and outdated. The carpets were torn and the hotel had a horrible smell

The staff at the hotel were amazing.

I had to ask a few times to get my room cleaned. The issue is that they are short staffed.

The staff is incredible. The location is perfect. Breakfast is great.

I stayed multiple nights. I had difficulties getting someone to clean my room even after repeatedly asking.
